Out of curiosity, has anyone here ever done an online course like this or similar?

If so, what were your thoughts on it?

I have done a few. Quality varies greatly from excellent to washy washy.
You really get out of it what you put in. If you engage with the material and reflect on it then you can learn a lot. If you just answer the quizzes to get a score then you learn little.

A bit like reading a book: if you are interested you learn a lot, if you just skim you don't.
