    Old typewriters and sewing machines fall into the same category - they were built to last and most of them have done so. Go down to your local Olde World pub and look at the assorted bric a brac on the top shelves - that's where most old typewriters end up these days.

    Restoration project? I don't think so.

    Dust Magnet? Definitely.
