Hi everyone, we found this in a hen house we had left empty over the winter. Firstly, is it a hive? Secondly, is it still in use? Third, what should we do with it if it is?!

Thats a wasp nest. Wasps die out over the winter except for the queen. It would be very unusual for them to come back to an old nest. take it down and give it to your local school for their nature table, it is a fascinating structure.
