Kickboxing or Boxing classes in Limerick

Hi basically I'm looking to know can anyone recommend a good kickboxing/mma/boxing class in Limerick. I'm a beginner and will be mostly using them for fitness Pay as you go would suit me as I have a pretty heavy schedule so might not be able to make every week

Noel Bowen does classes like you are asking for in the pigtown hall on Catherine st, think it's called functional fitness. He does alot of fitness classes himself and also does mma classes.
