Hi I recently got divorce in highcourt, date 20th January 2017. I still havnt got a signed divorce certificate from the highcourt.

I wonder if someone can let me know how much time it takes to get this certificate from highcourt.

I am in a situation where I need this certificate urgently to assist my permanent residency in Canada.

Is there any way to expedite the process to get the divorce certificate from the high court. Apparently my Irish lawyer is just too slow do any work and I really want to make sure to do this work by myself rather the waiting for his answer.

Could anyone let me know and guide me what to do?
