Injured eye in work

Hey I injured my eye in work when a chemical splashed up on me when I was using it.
My vision in that eye has never returned to 100%
Now I'm not totally blind in that eye but looking at things that I use to be able to see I am finding more difficult. Glasses were not supplied in work. Before I left that job I was treated pretty badly so am not afraid of losing contact with them.
Would I have a case? Or is this my own fault? Thanks.

Only a solicitor with all the facts will be able to advise.

Move quickly, these things have time limits.

As above, get down to a solicitor asap to get this dealt with. Loss of eyesight is very serious and that kind of injury can have long-term complications.

You could lose out by failing to act straight away.
