Hi, so let's say you meet someone and after talking for a while you'd like to have sex. On a regular basis, or starting a relationship or similar. There is no way to really know the person and their sexual history, and there are a lot of diseases that can spread through oral sex, how long until you feel comfortable…

Also, don't forget to state if you are male or female.
