Hey, long story short - I broke my back and didn't work last month and wont work for another month.

I was refused Illness Benefit because I've got 84 weeks out of 104 weeks PRSI contributioons.

Now I am basically stuck, I cannot afford to pay my rent or bills.

I pay 700 Euro in taxes monthly if that helps anything, are there any options I have?

This is an emergency. Ask your doctor for assistance. Call your local citizens advice bureau. Call your local social welfare office and ask for advice and assistance. You will qualify for something even if its just emergency payments from a CWO. All the best for your recovery.
