Hi, Just a quick question. A person is off on sick leave from work has been receiving illness benefit and receiving statements from SW for each payment. Is it a possible for this person to request a statement of payments if say they're own records of these payments were no longer available? Thanks

Just a quick question.

A person is off on sick leave from work has been receiving illness benefit and receiving statements from SW for each payment.

Is it a possible for this person to request a statement of payments if say they're own records of these payments were no longer available?

You can request a statement on line.
