cold tap flow problem

hoping someone can help me with this, the cold tap in my bathroom coming from the attic tank is only flowing at a dribble, I have connected the garden hose from the outside tap and bled it back through the system, its fine for the rest of the day but in the morning its back to a dribble, there dose not seem to be a block…

hoping someone can help me with this, the cold tap in my bathroom coming from the attic tank is only flowing at a dribble, I have connected the garden hose from the outside tap and bled it back through the system, its fine for the rest of the day but in the morning its back to a dribble, there dose not seem to be a block in the pipes and the tank seems clean. this just started suddenly a few days ago. greatful for any ideas.
