Also none from Sallins to Docklands

Surely this would create extra space on the system?

If you have a Sallins train going through Drumcondra to Connolly with a train from Maynooth doing the same five minutes later why not reroute it to Docklands and let passengers change trains at Drumcondra.

    Also

If you have a train that orginated in Maynooth going through Drumcondra to Connolly with a train from Sallins doing the same five minutes later why not reroute the Maynooth train to Docklands and let passengers change trains at Drumcondra.

Trains from Docklands run on a line that does not go through Drumcondra.

Ideally an interchange station would be built further back near Liffey Jcn but the track layout there needs work too.

Trains cannot get directly to Docklands station from Drumcondra.

Sure if they were able, Kildare line services would have been using Docklands by now without the need to solve the Connolly Capacity issue
