Lamb scour?

Folks I had a ewe with 3 lambs yesterday...the eldest lamb has a scour this morning got stuff from vet for it...the ewe had the lambs over the course of the day..but has a huge bag of milk so this lamb was getting plenty all day The scour is brown/dark brown in colour it stuck to the length of his tail...Is this ecoli ????…

He didn't want to suck from ewe this morning so i put him under a infra red and isolated him..put ewe n 2 others out in field...he is doing ok but worried bout ecoli
