Changing online filing agent on CRO

    Just wondering how does a company change it's online filing agent with the CRO?


    Does the previous filing agent have to file a B77 to resign or it is enough for the new filing agent to present a B77 appointing themselves as filing agent and this supersedes the previous agent?

    The previous one has to be revoked before the new one is appointed. You can lodge the revocation with the authorisation and date the revocation the day before the authorisation. These need to be signed by an officer of the company.
