Where to invest trust funds

Can anyone advise on a child's trust fund (it is held in the parent name stating it is in trust for...) which is just complete 5 years with An Post & as its a trust they will now only accept it as a 'Statement based Deposit Account' (Interest 0.15% p.a. variable, subject to DIRT.) Can anyone advise is there anywhere else…

I recently opened 3% child regular saver for nephew with EBS. Not sure if they accept lump sums, but might be worth a look.
