Oxygen Concentrator in Salou Spain

    Hi, Does anyone know who I would contact in the Spainish Health System to organise them to pay for an Oxygen concentrator for my Dad while we are on holidays in Salou from 22-29 April? I need to give this information to my Dad's GP to start the process.

    The HSE will not cover Dad's oxygen on the Salou end but wont even tell us who to contact in the Spainish Health System to start the ball rolling.
