room/office for start up

    hi, i am looking for a suitable space to start my counselling practice. i would be initially building my clientele so hours would be ad hoc and perhaps outside normal office hours. As i'm starting out i am looking for a cheap rates and this might lend itself to sharing office or room.

    Dublin, Cork, Galway, Timbuktu?

    Anyway general advice, you might want to try GPs. A lot of them would have a room occupied only by a part time nurse or a relief doctor when they are busy. You could avail of the benefits of a staffed reception too.
