    Hi all.
Just wondering if a potential employer can check your penalty points.
    Thanks

Well if you are driving for them and they need to put you on their insurance policy its kinda of important that you dont lie as you will cause problems with their policy by lying.

Therefore dont lie, use a bit of cop if the job involves driving.

Short answer is no, there is no mechanism for your employer to ring up the RSA and find out how many points you have.

However the insurance company can. So if you tell your employer you have none and their insurance comes back to say you have ten, you can probably expect to be fired.
