Replacement crate parts

Does anyone know is it possible to just get replacement parts for savic crates? The bottom slide out tray has been permanently ingrained with urine from when Dude was sleeping in it, and the door is a bit wonky. Other than that it's perfect, would seem a shame to throw out the whole thing!

Try emailing them?
I know some pet cages you can buy replacement trays etc for them.
