I saw last week that CAB have been given the go ahead to sell cars which were seized by the kinahan cartel...

I assume this is by auction but does anyone know through what company.

Fine 'till someone cycles up beside you in traffic and puts a bullet in your head - 'cos they didn't receive the memo the car was sold on

A while back they sold Rolex watches they seized on Ebay, not sure if the same route would be used for the cars...

CAB’s eBay account name is proceedsofcrimeact1996 and can be seen here. The watch is to go on sale tomorrow.

I know most of the cars seized had UK reg plates so would not yet have been registered here and so would not be easily identifiable from what was seized, I'd be a little cautious about buying any that were already registered and identifiable as such especially driving around Dublin.

Vehicles sold by CAB are one of the extremely rare occasions where an Irish registration can be replaced.
