Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Faulty tablet: Woxter Bought Mallorca

    I emailed Woxter online twice with no response.

    Any idea how to seek redress for a faulty, in warranty tablet bought in Mallorca.

    Your rights are with the store. You're responsible for getting it back to them though. Two courier fees will likely make that uneconomical.

    Can not quite recall the name of the shop - but i will email the tourist information to describe the shopping center and see if i get a lead there.
