    Hi there,

Would anyone know of anywhere or have some small square bales of straw for sale in the Wicklow / Dublin area? Struggling to find any on DD apart from rounds.

Only need a few for smallholding pigs.

Would one round bale not suit? You should pick one up for 20 euro or so. They are much lighter than hay bales and can be moved around without a tractor.

I don't think any farmers/contractors would make small bales of straw anymore.

Lad near me makes ~5k bales hay and maybe the same amount of straw - all small squares. He is well set up for it tho...

But some people still make em, there is still a market for them (myself included there)

EDIT : No use to you tho OP, sorry, am in Cork... ;)
