Windows 10 Pro - variation in price & where to buy?

    Why does the price of Windows vary so much?

    I spoke with Microsoft Store this afternoon and she said €219.99.

    When I checked online a few minutes later, the price was €279.00.

    Is there a cheapest place to buy?

    It seems to be US$199.00. Is it possible to avail of this price?
