Commercial billing - Submeter credit

    Our tenant has a submeter attached to our water supply.

    We receive credit for that with each bill.

    Received our first bill from IW which doesn't show a credit for that usage.

    I have emailed you to clarify but I have not received a response.

    That's my first issue, second query is that we pay water via weekly standing order. Can that arrangement continue?

    We can certainly look into this matter for you. Would you mind sending the below information via private message:

    -Name;
    -Address;
    -Contact telephone number and
    -Confirmation that you are the account holder.

    Once we have received this information we can investigate further.
