Inventor Importing Content Files

Hi, I have installed Inventor 2017 to my laptop. I am trying to insert bolts and washers into my design that Inventor stores, but the files are not appearing, does anyone know how do I install these files to my laptop? Thanks

They should have come with it. Have you tried place component from the Content Centre?

Did you get sorted with this? I think you need to install the content centre when initially installing Inventor on your laptop.
