Am buying a new home in the cavan area but there could be issues with the bio cycle system and perculation area. Does anyone know who would be best to check this out for me as the surveyor saod it will need to be checked. And will they be able to tell me if the rain water from the gutters is going into the waste system. This house is on its own plot with a well. Thanks

    Who built the house?
Has the builder got certification from an assigned Certifier?

I'd say a local Engineer with experience in these tanks would be best suited.
