Hairdresser for short hair

Can anyone recommend a hairdresser that's able to cut short hair properly? Currently going to someone who just doesn't want to listen to me and is intent on doing it her way. I've had a couple of disasters in the past so I'd really appreciate if anyone had a good recommendation for me.
Trying to stay under €40. Have it cut around every 4 weeks so am on a budget with it.
