Still the same after a reboot?
    What does Device Manager report?

Easy on the shouting there! :pac:

If you go in to Device Manager which lists all installed devices, does it actually list it there or list something with a yellow icon on it?

What make / model is the laptop?

Does the audio work if you log in as admin?
