    Can Anyone who's familiar with business law give me advice on a report I've to conduct on negligence for my law module. The case is on negligence of product design. Much appreciated

    The best advice is work on it consistently and don't leave it until the last minute.

    Appreciate the post guys. The report is based on a medical devise manufacture moving into the Asian market. Can anyone recommend any good cases on anything within this area? Struggling to find anything on Google

    If this is a law project, then concentrate on law, not medical devices or Asia. Note that there are particular concerns for children and medical devices.
