The European Commission has fined eleven airlines, including British Airways, a total of €776m (£674m) over an alleged air cargo cartel.

BA, officials said, would pay just over €104m (£90.5m) for its part in the deception which involved collusion to fix the level of fuel and security surcharges.
Air France-KLM was worst hit, ordered to pay €310m (£270m)...

Seems like a cosy system, or is this the fine over the top?
