    You could use FixMyStreet.ie to highlight the issue

    That's an enet manhole. Report it to Enet and cc galway roads department. They'll get it remediated

    I tried that but GCC are really bad at rectifying issues, apart from an acknowledgement they don't do anything to fix things like this.

    I'll try reporting it to Enet.

    I reported it to GCC over a year ago but they seem to think its an irish water manhole (I reported it to IW and they say its not theirs)
