Ortopedic surgeon for Tarsel fusion

Hi.Can anyone recommend a really good Ortopedic surgeon for a child that has Tarsel collition .She had the fusion done but not really successfully. I Was playing with the idea of a second opinion.But I want someone recommended.Thanks.
