Can I do my Leaving Cert in Ireland if I study from England?

Okay so I'm an 18 year old lad, I'm due to do my Leaving Cert in June this year. I've been working as a part-time chef in a very high-end hotel for well over a year now. I got offered a job as a chef, with accommodation and bills paid for in the UK, it's an amazing opportunity to kick start my career as a chef and believe I have talent.
My question is if I move to the UK, can I study for the next 11-12 weeks in the UK, come back and do my Leaving Cert?

Yes. You will have to sort out something for projects and practicals.
