Tips to increase metabolism? Aside from walking/running, swiming, and diet?

    i'm not an expert so take this with a pinch of salt, when i used to work outdoors i found my metabolism went up a lot, i was lifeguarding to a lot of sitting around but i found i was eating more to keep warm. so maybe try to get outdoors a bit more. good luck. btw swimming wouldn't be known for being good for weight loss. great for fitness and strength of course

    Swimming causes me to eat more! Reduce carbs a bit, certainly works for me.
