Public Service Pay Restoration

    Later this year there will be a pay restoration of 1K.
    Does anyone know if this applies to new entrants?

    Yes all earning under €65000

    Do you know if increments will then go up 1k?

    The increase is happening in April.
    I assume it will reflect on the increments as well.

    All points on the scale are being increased by €1,000 pa.

    So for full time workers current gross wages should go up by 1k and if you are due to move to next point on the scale it will also be 1k more than it would have been before April if that makes sense?

    What it will mean to each individual in their take home wages will depend on their tax rate bands etc.
