Getting payslips made up?

I've applied for finance for a vehicle and been approved. They now require payslips before they give the final go ahead but my employer doesn't give payslips and isn't willing to get them for me.
Can I get these made up by an accountant or what info do I need?.
Nothing underhanded just want them to mirror what's been lodged to my account each week.

    Any advice welcome

Your employer is legally required to provide payslips.

Someone could do up a payslip for you but that's not evidentiary of anything.

I'd seriously wonder if your employer is even paying your PRSI etc. Does he give you a P60 every year ?
