    Hi all,

Not looking for figures but would it be a big difference to change french doors to have Fixed Windows each side same size as door?

Ovo window and lintel cost would be more but block, cement and labour would surly be less?

    Opinions?
Would it be worth it as its not exacly looking into garden and more driveway, garage and neighbour?
South west facing wall so would get sun

RED ARROW shows what I will be looking out on.

Will your means of escape in case of Fire from the living room be compromised if you remove the doors and replace them with fixed units?

If your in the living room, and a fire breaks out, you will then have to travel through 3 rooms before you hit a place of safety (outside).

I plan on keeping the middle two as opening doors and just have the outside two fixed.

    Good thinking all the same
