    Hi all,

I've a Gigaset ME Pure 3GB RAM 32GB ROM running Android 5.1.1 and I'm experiencing the weirdest problem. At night (and some other times) I power off my phone (not airplane mode actual power off) and whilst is successfully powers down and shuts off it will randomly restart before I power it up again.

Any suggestions as to what might be causing this? I don't have any alarms set.

    Cheers.

Do you have power on/off schedule? Some versions of android have this ?

Has this started after the installation of any new apps? Maybe there is a power management issue with one.

Thanks GBX, I'll check the power schedule idea. Not sure about new apps, can't say anything's been installed which should act in that manner but it's possible.

If all else fails I guess I can do a factory reset and start again.

Just seems strange - the power schedule is a possibility - but by the same token, if its powering on when off - if its scheduled, you should see this more often. Have a look anyway.
