Zgemma S not working

    Apologies if in the wrong forum. Long story short...basically got a Zgemma 2 years ago. Moved to a new place and can't seem to get it to work. Friend of mine took it to his house and it worked fine. When I turn it on at my place, the sky logo comes up, the box boots up, the screen goes blank as if there's no signal being received, and then the time comes on the box. Just got broadband installed with Vodafone with brand new network cables, so it's not that.
    And the sky cables were working fine for an old sky box for the freeview channels, so I assume it's not those cables either. Can anyone help??

    Look, while there's no mention of card-sharing here, I am taking note of the reference to requiring a broadband connection as evidence that the OP is using this box as something other than a free to air satellite reciever.

    The OP is free to argue that point if they wish.
