High Upload Use

    When checking my ISPs usage stats I was surprised and worried to see I have uploaded over 1.3Gb this month already. Some months exceed 2Gb. My only upload usage would be a normal surfing, a few emails/mth and comments on here. I don't knowingly stream anything or upload anything else. I don't use Windows CIA edition (10) and even blocked my TVs web access to stop it telling Google what I was watching.
    Has anyone any ideas on how to explain, what seems to me, to be a huge upload rate?

    Do you or anybody else in the house use Google Photos, Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox, SkyDrive or any other "cloudy" services?

    Whats your download? 1.3GB and 14 days isnt enough to go on.


    Normal US usage is about 10% of DS usage, so if you've used more than 15GB total you're absolutely fine.

    I did download about 14Gb of Youtube stuff but still don't understand how there would be 10% upload. I'll avoid YT for a few days and see if it makes a difference. Thankfully I'm not on a limited wireless package.:eek:
