RAS rent review

    Hi All
I have an apartment in a pension scheme.
It is let to the County Council through a RAS scheme.
The agreement letter says the rent is fixed for four years.
In the special provisions, it states that the rent may be subject to review in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 2004
    Tenancy commenced August 2014.
Can I apply for an increase now under the 2004 act seeing that over two years have elapsed?
Rent paid is well below the going rate for the area.
Its outside the pressure zone but very close so I am afraid of being left behind so to speak if this is extended.
    Thanks for looking.

You can and should immediately. Bring it right up to the top of the market rate. Is there a clause for dispute resolution with respect to rent reviews?

    Thanks Murph for your reply.
Don't see a clause for dispute resolution
with respect to rent reviews mentioned.
