    Hi OP

Unfortunately we have no choice but to follow professional advice and close your thread but we can direct you to some useful resources in the following thread.

    http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2057178295

As well as these please also reach out to
Amen - (046 902 3718) - confidential helpline and support service for male victims of domestic abuse.
    Listed in our charter.

Clearly you are dealing with an awful lot right now but you need to focus on getting well so that you can be there for your children.
As to your wife, you need to park or try to park your feelings there until the rest of your life is stable and then when you are ready try to figure out your next steps.
Do talk to Amen, as it's become acrimonious it's likely she will escalate and this group can help you prepare for some of this as well as how to protect yourself from false accusations. It might also be a good idea to call to your local Garda station to talk to someone there to make a statement on what's being going on, but talk to Amen as well as the other resources as a matter of urgency.

Sorry we cannot do more at this time.
