Land transfer with joint management

Anyone have experience of transfer of forest land where the child owns the trees by way of Joint Management Consent, and the parent owns the land? Curious to know how it was valued for inheritance purposes, and how the underlying land was valued. I posted this in the taxation forum months back bu had no responses. Thanks.
