Company car or van

Hi, I've looked through the forums but can't find exact answer to my question, any advice would be appreciated. Was interviewed for job and they said I would get van with it as travel involved. Was offered job and on thinking about it - money was about 2 and half thousand less than what I had hoped for and also I have a car - (it is old but reliable). They said they couldn't match the wage i mentioned but would give me car instead of van. Now I don't know what to do, I have calculated out a 20k car would have me down over 2k wit bik, a 15k car 1600. And my calculations are that paying bik on a 15k van would only be 300 for year ( if wanted to use for personal use). My own car was bought a few years ago for 1800 and its good reliable car, and my question is - what do others think, would I be better going for van and saving on bik for car - even though tax, insurance, fuel etc payed for, and go with company van with lower bik and keep my own car? Reckon my own tax, insurance, maintenance cost around 1400 a year for my own car.....
Thanks in advance for any advice
