Are bank working hours the same as the opening hours?

For example do you work from 10am-4/5pm or would you be in there before and after hours?

It's before and after. Generally speaking 9-5:30. You need to get everything ready before the branch opens and cash up once it closes

No, there are staff working before and after bank opening (to the general public) hours.

Although, with online banking what are bank opening hours? :)

When I did it, it was supposed to be 9:15 to 5:15 but in my experience I rarely got out before 6 and you didn't get overtime.

That's what I was sort of expecting but wanted to find out for sure. Thanks ðŸ‘
