Hi, I'm just wondering could anyone help. We're hoping to do up our bathroom and we were looking to get a wide bath. Where we seem to be having problems is getting one to suit the length of the room. Lengthwise the bath would be 160cm. We were hoping to get at least 80cm wide however the widest we can find is 75cm. Would any know if it is possible to get such a thing? We've called into multiple showrooms and none of them have any wider than 70/75cm. Thanks a million for your help.

To get 800 wide you will have to go for a longer bath , probably 1800 long

Yeah they all seem that way. Unfortunately our bathroom length is quite small so 1600 is as much as we can do.
Would you have any idea why they don't do shorter wider baths or is is it just the way it is?

If you look for a shower bath you'll get wider albeit at one end only.

Have you looked at corner baths?

Look for Japanese style baths as due to available space and the generally shorter people they have shorter baths than those found in the UK and Ireland. They've started getting popular here now for tight spaces particularly the deep ones. This one is 1600x1000mm
