What's your opinions for the best DSLR for video use. Not interested in pictures it's use will be strictly video.
I've always been a camcorder user but like the results of a DSLR.
Mainly outdoor use shooting moving subjects from a tripod. Lowlight performance would be important.
Will also be used indoors for interviews. Sound is not overly important as I use an independent audio device.
If it could take a lanc controller that would be excellent.
Budget would be sub €2k second hand

    Any ideas?

Canon 5DMKIII - you'll not go too far wrong with that.

It's not a DSLR (although it is full frame), but if low light performance is important, then a used Sony A7SII would probably be the best you can get in that price range.

Thanks for the replies guys. Went mad a day after posting this and bought a Canon 70D. Hopefully I've not made a mistake but worst case scenario I put this DSLR urge of mine to bed and carry on with camcorders and keep the Canon for pictures.
