Anyone know where I can get these? I'll need 3 vases(and sand) because we want to involve our daughter. Etsy etc is 50e+ and want to avoid spending that much if I can.

Ikea has little vases for 1 euro and we bought a fancy bottle with a cork stopper in Dealz.

I bought mine my sand in a shop, A fiver per bottle. But you can make your own coloured sand also. Using powder paint and regular play sand. 5tablespoons of sand and 1 tablespoon of powder paint ( ebay) and a seal lock sandwich bag and shake it. Hey Presto. Any container will do from the household section with a lid to checking out vases or decanters. Totally up to you. I hope that's of some help.

Making the sand with your daughter would be a nice way to have her even more involved in the whole thing too. I'd say she'd love it! :)

You could try Ikea (if you're in Dublin), or the likes of Dunnes, Penneys, Home Store & More...

Went to ikea and got sorted. They'll do the job. I think I will do the DIY sand closer to the time as suggested here :-)

good thing about making your own sand is you can add a bit of glitter to it too to give it that extra kick :D
