Hey, just spotted the processor is running in the red. All else seems fine.

Can anyone advise the simplest solution? and possible a brick and mortar location?

    Thanks

If the processor is running that hot in its downclocked state, the cooler is most definitely loose. You need to take if out, clean off the paste, apply fresh small pea sized amount onto the CPU, and put the cooler back in.

In the shorter term, just clipping it back into place will help, but you need to remove, clean, re-paste and put it back in really. You will get thermal paste in Maplins.
