Damaged septic tanks for sale? Do they exist?

    Is there such a thing as a reject / damaged new(or rather, unused) concrete septic tank?

    I have a small holding and figure a concert septic tank would be ideal for a project I'm working on....making an over ground root cellar.

    I don't need a septic tank that conforms to the standards for its purpose so I figure a reject/damages /seconds unit would be fine for my needs. Also I have a minimal budget.

    Does anyone know if such a thing exists....is sold...?....who to contact.

    I'm in donegal if that helps.
