    Hi, i want replace uPVC windows in apartment,location Shannon,Co.Clare. Which company is best-good quality windows/fair price???

    Start with the management company.
    Get permission from them.
    See if there are any restrictions on what windows you can put in as they may need to match the windows in adjoining units.
